Please respect the schedule by keeping appointments whenever possible and providing 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling. Because your services are guaranteed and reserved especially for you a credit card or gift certificate number is required for all scheduled appointments.

- More than 24 hours notice - Services will be cancelled at no charge.
- Less than 24 hours notice - 100% of the service price will be charged.
- Appointments booked the same day of the treatment are still subject to the cancellation policy.
Please understand that arriving late may limit the time available for your treatment and any appointment that is more than 15 minutes late will be forfeited and fully charged (including gift certificates).
